Massie would NEVER do that!
"I would never!"Melanie Hopkins bellowed in the OCD hallways. The PC surrounded Melanie like a group of deranged gangsters. The students of OCD walked past the gang-up like nothing was happening.
"Yeah." Massie turned to her four best friends and smiled cockingly. "We know you wouldn't but you did."
"Look, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to spill Fro-You on Alicia's top!" Melanie cried, admitting to her horrible deed. Alicia glared at the frizzy haired sixth grader, then went back to scrubbing the pink blob on her top.
"Massie! Please!" Melanie cried, looking the Alpha right in the eye, a brave thing to do. "I know some gossip even YOU might not know!"
Massie scoffed, applying a tube of Glossip Girl. "I know all gossip, but I'll give you a chance, or we will tell the whole school you still wet the bed."
"KRISTEN'S POOR!" Melanie screamed.
Massie dropped the Mint Chip Glossip Girl in her hands.
Kristen's mouth popped open.
Claire stopped chewing on her hair.
Alicia lowered her hand from her ruined silk James Perse tank.
Dylan stopped mid-brownie-bite.
And the rest of OCD stopped and stared, eyebrows furrowed.
"Poor?" squeaked a collection of seventh graders from behind the PC.
This only happened once before, and could she use the sam excuse before, that she had poor taste 'in guys'? Not likely.
The question is...
WWMD?"Yeah." Massie turned to her four best friends and smiled cockingly. "We know you wouldn't but you did."

In Out Dempsey Derrington Uggs FUGGs Valentine's Day Dance Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony Massieajor recon after school. Meet @ jakob's for hair and nails. Then disscus dance/boy plans. second later...... Kristen:i can come . Need to be home by 8;parents :( millisecond later.... Dylan: Deff! Yay all the way! Claire: :) so excited! Alicia: Deffinatly on the trip. Going to Josh's after though after; math project: Alicia plus Josh equal: kissing!!!! <3 Massie: Josh? Alicia: Yea we're each other's crushes, just like you and Demspey or Claire and Cam. Claire: <3 Massie: Convo between taco and burrito, nacho! Claire: Watevs. heading off to Cam's. See u girlies tmrrw!! All: Bye! Massie: Back onto topic. Leesh, you have to make time for us! Alicia: I do! But he's in my life too now! Massie: Watevs! I's so over this convo. Kris, Dyl, let's leave. Massie has left the conversation. |

"Really???" Massie said "Because last time I checked she wasn't. Now the whole school will no about your little bed problem." she said with a smirk.
"I don't have a bed problem" Melanie wailed then ran down the hall crying. "Okay, that was close!!!!" Claire said a little to loud. "KUH-LAIRE!!!!! Be Quiet!!!" Massie almost yelled. "Okay, well i have to go do the annoucements! Meet you in the cafe" Alicia said then ran off. "Wait Alicia!!!" Massie yelled. "What??" she replied "On the announcements, tell everyone about Melanie's bed wetting problem!!!" Massie said with a devious smile "Okay, definently" Alicia said then ran off. THE CAFE "Hey everyone, Alica Rivera here, Soccer tryouts our Tuesday," alicia said. She went on and on then when she was about to sign off," Melanie Hopkins, 6th grader at here at Octavian Country Day, STILL wets the bed. This has been Alicia Rivera. Adios." "Ehmygod" the PC said. They looked over at Melanie and started cracking up. "Looks like Melanie will be a 6th grade LBR for life" Massie declared. "Ahgreed" they all said in unison. |

"Do you know what will have to happen now?", Massie asked giving Melanie one of her wickedest grins, after applying a fresh coat of gloss.
"Wha...What?", asked Melanie who was starting to back up. "First ,FTR, Kristen isn't 'Poor'",she spat the word,"the only poor thing in this school is you and your outfit. Where did you even get those puke colored clothes? Factory 2 U, on the $2 rack. And, hello, that is such a knock off purse",referring to Melanie's Coach bag. Melanie's clothes did look like puke. There were a few splotches on them, but only because she had fallen earlier on that day, and maybe her purse was a knock off, but she didn't have to say it while everyone was standing there. Massie stood and waited. Her eyes gleamed with victory. There was no way she was going to little some little snot nosed sixth grader blow everthing she had worked for. She wasn't about to let anyone know that Kris really was poor. Melanie could feel that she was about to cry, she felt the hot sting behind her eyes, but she couldn't hold back. Melanie started bawling her eyes out and says," I can't beleive you said that. You really are a jerk." Melanie turned and ran down the hall. It was completly silent. Massie turned to her audience and said,"Would anyone else like to tell me something you know isn't true. Or would anyone else like me to make them cry?" Of course no one said anything.' "I didn't think so. SO, why are you all still standing around?", she made DEC with everyone. The crowd scrambled to get away from Massie's piercing eye contact. (Sorry for switching between present and past tense). |
